Paid purchases
When paid plans launch, Paddle will process purchases for this service as reseller and Merchant of Record. The applicable Paddle checkout, receipt, and subscription process will explain the transaction before purchase.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests for Paddle transactions are handled through the applicable Paddle purchase or subscription process. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
